The Rental Process


Step 1: You found us! Either you have seen our superb quality and experienced our stellar customer service, been referred to us by an event planner, caterer, friend or family member, been wowed by our 5 star reviews, or maybe just Googled tent rentals near me, wedding tent rentals, or party rentals near me. So what’s next?

Step 2: Pick a date and a location. Our availability and pricing can depend largely on the date and location of your event. Also keep in mind, it’s never too early to reserve your rental items. We typically start taking reservations 1-2 years in advance for the most popular dates.

Step 3: Reach out to us through the contact form on our website, call and chat with one of our Event Rental Consultants, or stop by our showroom! We will discuss details such as how many guests you’re expecting and any specific delivery or pickup requirements. We will answer all questions and concerns and provide personalized recommendations. We want to know your vision! This is the time for any inspiration and ideas including photos, swatches, or even Pinterest boards!

Step 4: We will put together a customized quote with photos and everything broken down by line item, and a 3D rendering of your tent layout if applicable. This quote does not reserve items and availability is not guaranteed until you’ve completed Step 5.

Step 5: Reserve your rentals by signing your contract and paying a 50% deposit. This can all be done online through a secure link which you will receive with your quote.

Step 6: We are here for you from start to finish! As we get closer to your event, we can make updates and adjustments to your quote and floor plan if necessary. If applicable we will begin working on permitting and perform any necessary site visits. We ask that all final counts are given to us at least 2 weeks prior to your event.

Step 7: Our team will be in touch to schedule your delivery or installation, and go over any final questions or details. We ask if you are renting a tent, to schedule any landscaping for the day prior to installation.

If you are picking up from our showroom, everything will be ready for you the day prior to your event between 10am-4pm. We are closed for customer pickups and returns on Saturday and Sunday.

Step 8: Event day is here! Enjoy! If anything unexpected comes up we have staff on-call 24/7.

Step 9: We will pick everything up 1-3 days after your event. We ask that all food, trash, and debris are removed from rental items and underneath your tent prior to our crew arriving.

If you are returning items to our showroom, you’re welcome to arrive the day after your event between 10am-4pm. We are closed for customer pickups and returns on Saturday and Sunday.
